Continuous flat press
Continuous flat press is a core piece of equipment in wood-based panel production. It revolutionizes the traditional batch-type hot pressing process by enabling continuous, uninterrupted pressing of the mat—from feeding to finished product.

Its working principle is: using circulating steel belts and heated platens to continuously apply heat and pressure to the incoming mat, ultimately curing it into finished panels. Compared with conventional equipment, its advantages are significant: high production efficiency, stable product quality (uniform thickness, smooth surface), and substantial savings in both materials and energy. This technology is primarily used in the production of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard, and other wood-based panels, and is regarded as a mark of advanced manufacturing in modern large-scale panel plants.
