II. Working Principle
1. Dynamic Pressure Balancing
Servo cylinders adjust pressure in real time: Position-priority control for thin boards (±0.05mm), Pressure-priority control for thick boards (inter-zone variation <0.3bar).
2. Gradient Heat Transfer
Three-stage temperature profile:
Heating Zone (200-250℃): Activates surface adhesive
Curing Zone (180-200℃): Deep core-layer solidification
Cooling Zone (150-170℃): Suppresses spring-back
3. Continuous Feeding
Two heat-resistant steel belts (1.5-2mm thick) sandwich the mat, with speed auto-adjusted by thickness (thin: ≥1.8m/min, thick: ≤0.8m/min).

III.Workflow
1. Mat Forming: Fibers/chips spread into homogeneous mats (density variation <3%).
2. Pre-pressing: Roller pre-compaction at 0.5-1MPa to remove air.
3. Main Pressing:
- 0-30s: Rapid high-pressure closing (5MPa for thin boards)
- 30s-40min: Stepwise pressure holding (ramping to 4MPa for thick boards)
4. Belt Cooling: Water-cooling system reduces panel temp. to <80℃.
5. Cross-cutting: Flying saw cuts panels to length (±0.5mm accuracy).

1. Servo-Hydraulic System
Cylinders: 200-400 independent units (80-120mm bore, ≤10ms response).
Servo Valves: Closed-loop pressure control (±0.1bar).

2. Heated Platens
- Material: Special alloy steel (350℃ resistant)
- Structure: 12-24 thermal zones, each with thermocouple + PID controller.

3. Steel Belt Drive
Drive Drum: Hard-chrome plated (HRC 60+ hardness)
Tension Control: Hydraulic auto-tensioning (<1% fluctuation).

4. Monitoring System
Laser Thickness Gauge: Online measurement (0.01mm precision)

V. Continuous Pressing Process Core
1. Dynamic Steel Belt Conveyance
Two heat-resistant steel belts (1.5-2mm thick) move synchronously at 0.5-2.5m/min.
Thin boards (0.5-3mm): High-speed pressing (≥1.8m/min)
Thick boards (50-80mm): Low-speed deep penetration (≤0.8m/min)
2. Zoned Temperature Control
12-24 independent thermal zones (150-250℃ adjustable):
Infeed zone: Rapid heating (200-250℃) for adhesive activation
Middle zone: Constant curing (180-200℃)
Outfeed zone: Graded cooling (150-170℃) to suppress spring-back
3. Pressure Profile Matching
Thin boards: High-pressure short-cycle (≥5MPa peak, 10-30s duration)
Thick boards: Stepwise pressure ramping (0→2MPa preheat→4MPa core penetration→5MPa surface compaction)
