9 Containers Set Sail MINGHUNG’s Complete Plywood Production Line Successfully Departs

In early December 2025, the culmination of close collaboration between the MINGHUNG foreign trade team and our partners — 9 containers fully loaded with the core equipment for a plywood production line — sounded their departure whistle from Qingdao Port, officially embarking on their journey to our client's overseas plant. This marks the successful completion of our end-to-end service, spanning from order finalization and production commissioning to domestic transportation and cross-border logistics.
This delivery comprises the core components of a complete and efficient plywood production line:
Crusher: Acts as the first critical stage in raw material processing, powerfully reducing logs to the ideal size, laying the foundation for subsequent steps.
Veneer Peeling Lathe: The heart of precision peeling, transforming wood blocks into high-quality veneer with uniform thickness and a smooth, even surface.
Knife Grinder: The "guardian of the sharp edge" for the production line, ensuring peeling blades remain consistently sharp to guarantee veneer quality and production efficiency.
Thermal Oil Boiler: Provides stable and uniform heat, serving as the crucial energy source for the efficient operation of the hot-pressing section.
Hot Press: The "forming heart" of the production line, applying precise temperature and pressure to firmly bond the veneers into high-quality plywood panels.
The realization of this line originated from in-depth technical communication and parameter confirmation over several months following the client's order. It relied on two months of meticulous manufacturing, assembly, and a full month of comprehensive debugging at our domestic factory, until all equipment reached the production-ready state required by the client. It was further made possible by our team's efficient coordination during the final sprint — managing factory loading, inland transportation, and port operations over four consecutive days to ensure all 9 containers successfully gathered at the port and boarded the vessel on schedule.
