The four-roll gluing machine is to add an extruding roller beside the upper and lower gluing rollers to control the gluing amount on the upper and lower surfaces of the single board respectively. The linear speed of the extrusion roller is 15%~20% lower than that of the coating roller, which plays the role of scraping, and the gap between the extrusion roller and the coating roller is adjustable to ensure that the thickness of the upper and lower rubber layer is uniform. The upper and lower rubber rollers provide glue at the same time, non-interference, glue is not easy to produce beating, is a widely used glue equipment.
There are two kinds of arrangement for the extrusion roller of the four - roll applicator. 1) The upper and lower extruded rubber rollers are arranged on both sides of the rubber rollers respectively, and the rubber pump provides glue through the rubber hose respectively; 2) The upper and lower extruding rollers are located at the feeding side of the rubber applicator. The upper rubber applicator is supplied by the rubber pump, and the lower rubber applicator is supplied by the lower rubber groove. Due to the different arrangement of the roller and the way to supply glue, its role is also different.
