The working process of this equipment consists of three main steps:

Step 1: Vacuum Suction Conveying

After leaving the front-end peeler or clipper, the veneer enters the stacker. The vacuum fan generates negative pressure, creating a vacuum zone beneath the conveyor belt through the air hood. The veneer is firmly held against the underside of the conveyor belt and moves forward. The suction force can be flexibly adjusted according to veneer thickness (0.5-3.6mm).

Step 2: Positioning and Release

When the veneer reaches the preset position, photoelectric sensors detect the signal and feed it back to the PLC control system. The control system issues a command to activate the unloading device, which smoothly pushes the veneer onto the receiving lifting platform.

Step 3: Stack Formation

The receiving lifting platform automatically descends by one veneer thickness after each sheet lands, maintaining a constant height at the top of the stack. When the stack reaches the preset height, the platform descends to the lowest position, and the complete stack is removed by forklift or conveyor, completing one stacking cycle.

4. Fully Automatic, Labor Saving

  Full automation from suction conveying, positioning and release, to lifting stacking—no manual intervention needed; one machine replaces 4-6 workers.

5. High Stacking Precision, Neat Edges

  Servo drive combined with high-precision sensors ensures placement error ≤ ±1mm, with neat and tidy stack edges for easy subsequent packaging and handling.

6. PLC Intelligent Control, Easy Operation

  Touch screen HMI with thickness parameters that can be preset and stored; one-touch recall when switching products—low operating threshold, easily mastered by ordinary workers.
