The equipment can be optionally equipped with automatic feeding, automatic discharging, and online moisture content detection systems to achieve fully automated continuous production. Application Video
A hot air generator produces clean hot air, which is sent into the drying chamber by high-pressure circulating fans, creating a three-dimensional circulating airflow. Wet boards are conveyed through the drying tunnel at a uniform speed, where hot air evenly penetrates the board surfaces and gaps, carrying away moisture. The dehumidification system operates simultaneously to maintain the optimal drying curve, preventing cracking, warping, or over-drying.
