1. Log Prep: Cross-cutting (2.6m logs), debarking, steam conditioning (60-80℃)  

2. Peeling & Drying: Rotary cutting (0.1-3.5mm veneer), roller drying to 8-12% MC  

3. Gluing & Layup: Double-side glue spreading (120±5g/㎡), cross-grain assembly  

4. Pre-pressing: Cold pressing (0.8-1.2MPa) to eliminate air pockets  

5. Hot Pressing: Multi-stage pressure (6→4→2MPa), 140-160℃ for 30-90 sec/layer  

6. Trimming & Sanding: Precision edging (±0.5mm), thickness sanding (Ra≤3.2μm)  

7. Grading & Packing: Graded per GB/T 9846/EN 314-2, moisture-proof wrapping

2.Drying System
