The High Suction Power Plywood Vacuum Stacker is specifically designed for automatic stacking of plywood, multi-layer boards, MDF, and other panel materials. Equipped with a high-negative-pressure vacuum adsorption system and a large-area suction cup array, it can stably handle panel stacks weighing up to 3 tons, enabling fast and damage-free stacking. The entire machine is intelligently controlled by a PLC, allowing seamless connection with upstream and downstream production lines, significantly improving stacking efficiency while reducing labor costs and the risk of surface scratching. It is ideal for plywood manufacturing plants, engineered wood processing centers, and panel warehousing & logistics operations.

The High Suction Power Plywood Vacuum Stacker is an automated solution developed for stacking large-format, high-density plywood. Its core advantage lies in the “high suction power” vacuum system – a combination of multi-stage high-flow vacuum pumps and a storage tank, paired with a biomimetically designed grouped suction cup array. Even when the panel surface has slight dust or unevenness, the system delivers reliable adsorption force, preventing panels from slipping or shifting.

Key Features
1. Super Strong Adsorption Capacity: Maximum suction force up to 800kg (combined suction cups). Capable of picking up one or multiple thin boards at a time, accommodating thickness from 2mm to 40mm.
2. Damage-Free Stacking: Suction cups are made of wear-resistant, non-marking rubber with soft contact surfaces. No indentations or scratches during stacking, ensuring premium finished surface quality.
3. Intelligent Control System: Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC with a 7-inch touchscreen. Multiple stacking modes can be preset (e.g., odd-layer turning stack, aligned stack, staggered stack) and recalled with one button.
4. Flexible Size Adaptation: The suction arm groups can be adjusted electrically or manually in width to fit panel widths from 1220mm to 2500mm and lengths from 2440mm to 5000mm.
5. High-Speed Stable Operation: Lifting and traversing mechanisms use servo motors + linear guide rails. Stacking cycle can reach up to 8–10 sheets per minute.
6. Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with laser anti-collision radar, real-time vacuum pressure monitoring, emergency stop button, and overload alarm; CE compliant.

Working Principle
Plywood from the production line arrives at the stacking station via a conveyor roller table. A photoelectric switch detects panel arrival, then the lifting frame of the vacuum stacker descends, bringing the suction cups into contact with the panel surface and building vacuum. Once the preset negative pressure value is reached, the lifting frame rises, the traversing mechanism moves the panel over the stacking pallet, vacuum is released, and the panel is dropped – completing one stacking cycle. The action repeats until the preset stack height is reached, which then automatically triggers a pallet change or off‑loading.
