02 PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
<1>PREPARE STAGE Wood chip sorting machine: Used to sort and screen wood chips obtained from sawmills, woodworking factories, etc., to remove impurities and unqualified wood chips. Flaking machine:Make the small chips into wood strands Drying machine: Dry the wet wood strands Vibrating screen: Screen big wood strands, suitable strands, and chips
<2>MIXING AND FORMING STAGE Mixer: Equipment used to mix wood chips with adhesive and other additives uniformly, ensuring that the mixture has a certain uniformity and moisture content. Forming machine (Particle board forming machine):Used to press the mixed wood chips and adhesive into a board shape, usually using continuous or batch forming machines for molding.
<3>PRE PRESS&PRESS STAGES Pre-press machine: Pre-press particleboard, and make it in a certaine initial strength; Hot press: Press particleboard in a high pressure and heating temperature
<4>POST-PROCESSING STAGE Sanding machine: Sand particleboard surface, and make its surface smooth and thickness accurate
03 FULL PRODUCTION
After being chipped, the crotch, undersized log and other raw materials are conveyed to the chip bin by belt conveyor and bucket elevator for transition storage. The outsourcing chips are conveyed to the chip bin by stock bin, belt conveyor and bucket elevator for transition storage.
The chips are conveyed to the flaking machine for particle preparation by the discharging screw conveyor and belt conveyor of chip bin.
After the wet wood shavings are conveyed to the three-access particle drying system by the discharging screw conveyor and belt conveyor of wet wood shavings bin for drying (the thermal medium is high-temperature flue gas generated by the hot-blast stove), the collected wood shavings and sawdust are conveyed to the three-access wood shavings drying system for drying by the discharging screw conveyor, belt conveyor, vibration screen and belt conveyor of stock bin.
The wood shavings upon drying are separated to be three kinds of materials, including surface material, core material and bulk material by cyclone separator, fireproof screw conveyor and rectangular vibrating screen. The surface wood shavings are conveyed to surface dry wood shavings bin for transition storage by the blast system. The core wood shavings are conveyed to the core dry wood shavings bin for transition storage by the blast system. After recycling, the bulk wood shavings are re-smashed in the grinder.
The surface wood shavings upon gluing are conveyed to the mechanical grading and paving machine by the belt conveyor and screw conveyor. With the principle that the blank size is different for the different gaps among the diamond roll, it is paved the uniform and flat board slab by level (layer).
The board slab is conveyed to the base plate of loader through some procedures, including permanent iron remover, performer, edger, cut-off saw, accelerating conveyor, rapid conveyor, weighing conveyor, storage conveyor and loading conveyor, then the loader conveyed the board slab to the multi-layer hot press (the thermal medium is conduction oil) for hot press and forming. The rough board formed by multi-layer hot press is pushed to the unloader by base plate.

Through vertical discharging roll case and stacking machine, it is piled in the horizontal roller hydraulic elevator platform trimly. The sanded finished particle board is conveyed to the sorting area for sorting and warehousing by the forklift.
