1. Raw Material Handling:

   Flake sorting via 3-deck screen (surface: 0.2~0.5mm / core: 0.5~2mm)

. Multi-Opening Hot Press  


The particleboard multi-opening hot press is an industrial equipment that compresses wood particles and adhesives into panels under high temperature and pressure. Its core feature is a vertically stacked multi-layer heated platen structure, enabling simultaneous pressing of multiple mat stacks to significantly enhance production efficiency.


Core Structure and Components  

1. Frame System  

   High-strength steel frame supports multiple platens, withstanding system pressure up to 3,000 tons.  

   Columns (diameter 300–500mm) ensure structural stability under extreme conditions.  

2. Heated Platens

   8–20 stainless steel platens (thickness 80–120mm) per unit, with hydraulically adjustable spacing.  

   Steam channels (150–220°C) or electric heating systems maintain temperature precision within ±2°C.  

3. Hydraulic System  

   High-pressure oil pumps (25–35MPa) drive synchronized cylinders to achieve uniform pressure (0.5–2.5MPa).  

   Proportional valves precisely control pressure curves (ramping-holding-decompression), with cycles adjustable from 15–45 minutes.

4. Control System  

   PLC integrates closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, and time, monitoring each platen in real-time.  

   HMI interface stores process parameters (e.g., temperature profiles, pressure gradients, curing times).
