As the new year begins with fresh vitality, Shandong Minghung Wood Based Panel Machinery Co., Ltd. celebrated the successful delivery of its first batch of orders for 2026 in the first month back to work after the Spring Festival holiday. Through meticulous communication with the customer, close coordination with the freight company on the shipping schedule, and strict control over production timelines, machinery trial runs, debugging, and packaging within our factory, we efficiently completed the loading of 16 containers within just four days. These machines have now been dispatched to Qingdao Port and are ready to set sail for Indonesia.
The equipment shipped to Indonesia this time consists of core machinery for plywood production lines, covering key processes from log handling to finished panel processing. To help customers better understand the functions and value of these machines, here is a brief introduction to the main equipment in this shipment:
Debarker: Removes the bark from logs to improve wood utilization and ensure quality in subsequent processing.
Feeding Machine: Automatically conveys logs to equipment such as veneer lathes, enabling continuous and automated production.
Veneer Lathe: Rotates and cuts logs into continuous veneers; it is the core machine in plywood production.
Stacker: Automatically stacks and organizes the veneers after peeling, facilitating drying and assembly.
Mixer: Mixes adhesives to ensure uniform glue consistency and enhance bonding strength.
Glue Spreader: Evenly applies the mixed adhesive onto veneer surfaces in preparation for pressing.
Log Saw: Trims and cuts panels to achieve the required dimensions.
Knife Grinder: Used for sharpening various knives and cutters, ensuring tool sharpness to improve machining accuracy and efficiency.
Lifting Table: Enables the smooth lifting and lowering of materials, facilitating transfer between workstations at different heights or assisting in processing.
Sander: Used for sanding, polishing, and thicknessing the surface of workpieces to achieve a smooth and flat finish.
Cold/Hot Press: Bonds multiple layers of materials together or shapes them by applying pressure (with or without heating).
These machines are characterized by stable performance and high efficiency, effectively helping customers improve the automation level and product quality of their plywood production lines.
