Automatic Feeding System Details
(1) Infeed Roller Conveyor: Constructed with high-strength steel rollers, surface-treated for anti-slip or covered with rubber layer to ensure smooth and precise board blank conveying. Roller width matches platen width, and length is customized according to production line layout. The drive motor is equipped with a frequency converter for infinitely variable conveying speed, automatically synchronized with the discharge rhythm of the upstream lay-up line.
(2) Infeed Positioning Device: Pneumatic or electric stops and lateral guide wheels are installed at the press entrance to ensure precise centering of the board blank when entering the press, preventing uneven pressing or board scrap due to misalignment.
(3) Outfeed Roller Conveyor: After pressing is completed, the moving platen rises and the outfeed conveyor automatically starts to smoothly transport the finished board out. Outfeed speed is independently adjustable and can be coordinated with downstream hot presses or buffer tables.
(4) Lifting Transition Tables: Hydraulic or pneumatic lifting tables are installed at both the front and rear of the press to compensate for height differences between the conveyor surface and the press worktable, ensuring smooth transition of board blanks and reducing impact and wear.
