Working Principle
Wet plywood sheets are evenly spread onto multi-layer stainless steel mesh belts through the feeding and spreading system. The mesh belts run continuously driven by a variable frequency motor, carrying the panels into the dryer. The hot air circulation heating system generates heated air, which is forced by fans to pass through the upper and lower surfaces of the panels, achieving efficient heat exchange and moisture removal. The PLC intelligent control system automatically adjusts hot air temperature, air velocity, moisture exhaust volume, and belt speed according to preset temperature and humidity levels, ensuring uniform final moisture content. After drying, the panels are cooled by the cooling system and then discharged.
