Covering core processes from log peeling, veneer drying, glue spreading, hot pressing to sanding, it supports customizable configurations and complies with CARB/CE standards. Structural Stability

Odd-layer cross-grain lamination (3–11 layers), superior warp resistance vs. solid wood.

Eco-Certification

WBP phenolic resin (72h boil-proof), formaldehyde emission ≤0.3mg/L (Super E0 grade).

Physical Properties

Density ≥700kg/m³, high screw-holding capacity (100%), CNC machining compatible.

Applications

Marine decks, concrete formwork, premium furniture, musical instruments (humidity/impact resistant).


Full Production Process  


1. Log Processing:  

   Debarking & steaming (stress relief) → High-precision rotary cutting (veneer thickness: 0.3–4mm, accuracy ±0.05mm).  

2. Veneer Drying:  

   IR pre-drying + mesh-belt drying (moisture 8–12%, zoned temp 80–120℃).  

3. Gluing & Layup:  

   Double-sided PF resin coating (150–200g/m²), alternating thick/thin veneers (core: 1.5–2.5mm, face: 0.5–1.0mm).  

4. Pre-pressing & Hot Pressing:  

   Cold pressing (0.8–1.2MPa) → Hot curing (135–180℃, 1.5MPa, time = thickness × 1.5 min).  

5. Post-Processing:  

   Cross/rip trimming (±0.5mm) → Calibrated sanding (Ra≤3.2μm) → Grading (A/AA) & packaging.
