It transcends the basic concept of simple "heating and dewatering" found in traditional dryers. Through systematic engineering, it ensures that every position within the chamber and every sheet of plywood is dried under nearly identical temperature and humidity conditions, thereby fundamentally guaranteeing exceptional consistency and superior quality in the final product.

Core Philosophy: To achieve synchronous and uniform dehydration from the surface to the core of each board, and from the top to the bottom of the stack, through precise control and even medium distribution. This eliminates localized stress variations, resulting in perfectly flat, top-tier plywood.

1.  3D Balanced Hot Air Circulation System

      Design: Features aerodynamically optimized air ducts (using CFD analysis) paired with high-volume, high-static pressure, heat-resistant centrifugal fans.

      Function: Creates a powerful airflow field with no dead angles horizontally or vertically. The hot air penetrates the entire stack uniformly in speed and pressure, ensuring heat is transferred efficiently and consistently to the surface of every board.       Multi-Parameter Monitoring: The system monitors and provides real-time feedback on temperature and humidity data from multiple key points inside the chamber, not just a single sensor.

      Dynamic Adjustment: The PLC controller dynamically adjusts heater power, fan speed, and dehumidification damper openings based on preset drying curves and real-time feedback. This ensures the thermal environment remains optimal and stable, counteracting potential unevenness due to positional differences.

3.  Efficient and Uniform Heat Exchange System
