Glue production process

The formula for making ordinary glue is
Five-ton reactor 6.2-6.3 tons of glue can be produced
Formaldehyde 3500kg, urea 25kg, polyvinyl alcohol 6.3kg, aqueous ammonia 230kg, temperature to 88 degrees Celsius, keep warm for 30 minutes, adjust the pH value of the glue to 4.8, and stop when the glue is prepared to large particles of clear water, reduce the pressure to 8.5, and add chemical fertilizer 150kg , Cool down and add Nitroaldehyde agent 125kg, the temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius, add 125kg urea, directly drop to 50 degrees Celsius, and the glue production is completed
