1. Veneer Preparation | Veneer Dryer | Dries the peeled wet veneers to a uniform and stable moisture content (typically 8%-12%), which is fundamental for ensuring subsequent bonding quality. |

Veneer Splicer/Repair Machine | Automatically detects and repairs cracks and holes in veneers, or splices narrow veneers to the required width, improving wood utilization. | |
Automatic Glue Spreader | One of the core units. Applies adhesive (e.g., UF, PF resin) evenly and quantitatively onto both sides of the veneer. The uniformity of glue application directly affects bond strength. | |

2. Lay-up & Pre-pressing | Automatic Lay-up & Assembly Line | Automatically and precisely stacks glued veneers with face/back veneers according to preset layers and grain direction (adjacent layers perpendicular) to form a "panel blank." |
Pre-press | Applies cold pressure to the assembled panel blank to achieve initial bonding, remove air, and set the thickness. This facilitates feeding into the hot press and prevents the blank from collapsing during hot pressing. | |

3. Core Hot Pressing | 30-Opening Hot Press (Core) | The heart of the production line.Uses high temperature (typically 120-180℃depending on adhesive) and high pressure (up to 500 tons) to rapidly cure the adhesive in the panel blank within a short time, permanently bonding the multiple veneer layers into a solid panel. The 30-opening design significantly increases single-cycle output. |

4. Post-Pressing Processing | Cooling & Turnover Unit | Rapidly and uniformly cools the high-temperature panels after hot pressing. This relieves internal stress, prevents warping, and speeds up the production cycle. |

Cross-cutting & Edge Trimming Saw | Automatically cuts the cooled large-format panels to standard dimensions (e.g., 1220x2440mm) for precise length and width, producing neat edges. | |
