1. Automatic Receiving & Stacking: Automatically receives veneers from the peeling machine and neatly stacks them according to preset requirements.
2. Automatic Sorting & Rejection: Uses sensor systems to identify veneer grades (e.g., Grade 1, Grade 2), automatically sorting different grades or rejecting substandard pieces.

Working Principle
The machine is controlled by a PLC core, coordinating the vacuum system and mechanical actuators:
1. Intelligent Detection & Matching: Sensors detect veneer position and speed in real-time; the PLC automatically matches the peeling machine's output speed for synchronized operation.
2. Vacuum Adsorption & Transfer: The vacuum system generates negative pressure to smoothly lift veneers via suction cups or adsorption components, preventing scratches or damage.
3. Precise Positioning & Stacking: Servo or VFD drive systems control the stacking mechanism for precise horizontal and vertical positioning, placing veneers onto designated stacking tables by grade.
