The 1270mm Veneer Stacker is installed at the output end of the rotary peeler and connected via a conveyor belt. Veneer sheets produced by the peeler enter the stacker working area through the conveyor. When photoelectric sensors detect a veneer sheet in position, the control system activates the vacuum suction system. The suction cups lift the veneer and transfer it to the stacking station, where it is neatly placed according to the preset number of layers. Once stacking is complete, the equipment signals for transfer. The entire process is controlled by PLC, enabling fully automatic operation.
