Glue spreader's function mainly coating glue on both sides of plywood veneer, then workers paving them into plywood size.
glue spreader has 4feet and 8feet or customized according to your needs.
Double sides glue spreader has four rollers, two are rubber roller for coating glue on veneer surface, two rollers for squeezing glue.
The four-roll gluing machine is to add an extruding roller beside the upper and lower gluing rollers to control the gluing amount on the upper and lower surfaces of the single board respectively. The linear speed of the extrusion roller is 15%~20% lower than that of the coating roller, which plays the role of scraping, and the gap between the extrusion roller and the coating roller is adjustable to ensure that the thickness of the upper and lower rubber layer is uniform. The upper and lower rubber rollers provide glue at the same time, non-interference, glue is not easy to produce beating, is a widely used glue equipment.
