Rapid and Uniform Drying: Adopts top-and-bottom opposed hot air blowing structure for even airflow distribution, ensuring consistent heating on both sides of the boards, eliminating defects such as warping, cracking, and color variation.

Precise Temperature and Humidity Control: Each layer is independently monitored for temperature and humidity with PID automatic adjustment. The drying curve is precisely controllable, with finished moisture content stably maintained between 6% and 12%.

High Efficiency and Energy-Saving Design: Fully enclosed insulated drying tunnel combined with a heat recovery system achieves a thermal efficiency of over 85%. Variable-frequency drive motors operate on demand, reducing unnecessary power consumption.

Quick Start-up and Easy Maintenance: Short preheating time, rapid cooling after shutdown, and an internal structure that facilitates cleaning and maintenance, minimizing downtime.
