This product is a 10-layer plywood hot press featuring a modular design and a compact footprint, making it especially suitable for workshops with limited space or small to medium-sized board manufacturers. The machine retains the high pressing capacity of traditional hot presses while being easy to transport, quick to install, and flexible for future upgrades — an ideal choice for producing plywood, ecological boards, and composite boards.

Main Components  


1. Modular Main Frame: Segmented welded structure, easy to assemble/disassemble with high strength.

2. 10 Hot Platens: Uniform heat distribution with hardened surface treatment.  

3. Compact Hydraulic Station: Small size, high efficiency, integrated noise reduction.  

4. Main Cylinder: Short-stroke design, reducing overall machine height.  

5. Heating System: Optional thermal oil or electric heating, integrated within modules.  

6. PLC Control System: Touchscreen operation, programmable and storable parameters.  

7. Quick Lifting Mechanism: Reduces auxiliary time and improves efficiency.

Working Principle  

The hot press drives the main cylinder through a hydraulic system to close the multi-layer hot platens. The heating system evenly delivers thermal medium (thermal oil or steam) into each platen, rapidly curing the adhesive in the board under high temperature and pressure. The modular design allows the hydraulic, heating, and control systems to be independently disassembled, facilitating maintenance and relocation.
