This machine is designed for the production of plywood, multi-layer boards, and decorative panels with strict thickness accuracy requirements. With a high-rigidity frame, precision press plates, closed-loop hydraulic control, and high-precision displacement sensors, it achieves a thickness tolerance of ±0.1mm, significantly better than the typical ±0.5–1.0mm of conventional hot presses.

Main Components  


Component

Function Description

1. High-rigidity frame

Pre-stressed or welded frame optimized by FEA, ensures minimal deformation under high pressure – foundation for ±0.1mm accuracy.

2. Precision hot press plate set

Multi-layer double-sided ground steel plates, parallelism ≤0.05mm/m, optimized internal channels, temperature uniformity ≤±1.5°C.

3. Automatic feeding platform

Hydraulic or electric driven platform with frequency control, synchronizes loading and unloading, reduces manual work.

4. Hydraulic system

Servo motor, oil pump, main cylinders, auxiliary cylinders, proportional valve, tank – provides stable and controllable pressure output.

5. High-precision displacement sensors

Installed on each or key layers, real-time board thickness monitoring (resolution 0.01mm), feedback to PLC for closed-loop control.

6. Closed-loop control system (PLC)

Industrial PLC with touch screen, integrated PID algorithm, receives pressure, temperature, and displacement signals – auto-adjusts pressing & holding.

7. Heating system

Optional thermal oil heater, electric heating tubes, or steam boiler – works with temperature sensors and control valves for precise temperature control.

8. Cooling system (optional)

Air or water cooling unit – rapid cooling to improve production efficiency and prevent thin board warping.

Key Advantages  


1. ±0.1mm High Thickness Accuracy  

  Each pressing layer is equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor that feeds real-time board thickness data to the PLC system. The servo hydraulic system automatically adjusts pressure compensation, ensuring uniform final board thickness – ideal for thin boards (3–6mm) and high-end furniture panels.

2. Automatic Feeding Platform (Standard)  

  A large-size hydraulic or electric automatic feeding platform synchronizes board loading and unloading. Running speed is frequency‑adjustable and perfectly matched to the press opening/closing action, reducing manual waiting time and increasing daily output.

3. Closed-loop Pressure & Position Control  

  PID closed-loop control algorithm keeps pressure fluctuation ≤ ±0.5 bar. Combined with displacement sensors, the system supports “position priority” or “pressure priority” modes, adapting to different adhesives and board structures.

4. Precision Hot Press Plate Set  

  Double‑sided ground plates with parallelism ≤0.05mm/m. Optimized internal flow channels ensure plate surface temperature deviation ≤ ±1.5°C, effectively preventing warping or delamination caused by uneven heating.

5. Servo Hydraulic Energy-Saving System  

  Saves over 30% energy compared to conventional fixed‑pump systems, with lower noise and more stable oil temperature. Supports multi‑stage fast/slow closing to reduce impact on boards.

6. User‑Friendly Interface  

  PLC color touch screen stores over 100 process recipes (temperature, pressure, time, closing speed, etc.). One‑touch recall for fast changeovers.

7. Multiple Safety Protections  

  Infrared light curtain + safety relay + emergency pull‑cord, meeting CE certification standards.
