MINGHUNG Multi-Functional Vacuum Suction Stacker
After panels are conveyed to the sorting station, a positioning mechanism aligns them precisely. Based on the preset stacking pattern, the control system activates the vacuum suction system to lift the panels smoothly. Through a gantry-type or articulated robot actuator, the machine performs lifting, transferring, and rotating actions, ultimately stacking the panels neatly onto pallets or finished product stations according to the required pattern (e.g., unidirectional stacking, cross stacking, fixed-layer stacking, etc.).

Integrates panel sorting, alignment, suction, and stacking into one machine. Supports multiple stacking modes that can be flexibly switched according to production needs. Adapts to panels of different sizes, thicknesses, and materials, enabling one machine to handle multiple applications.

Equipped with high-efficiency vacuum pumps and high-elasticity wear-resistant suction cups, providing strong and stable gripping without damaging the panel surface. Particularly suitable for products with high surface quality requirements, such as overlaid panels, laminated boards, and painted panels.

Depending on the customer’s layout and process requirements, the machine can be configured with a gantry-type structure or an industrial robot structure to meet various cycle times, space constraints, and complex motion requirements, offering customized solutions.
4. Intelligent Control System
Features a PLC controller and touchscreen HMI for simple and intuitive operation. Parameters can be set quickly. The system includes self-diagnosis, alarm notification, and data statistics functions, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
