The operation process of the roller gluing machine
Four-roller gluing machine, the advantage is that the gluing is uniform. In addition to the two rubber rollers, there are also two extruding rollers. The internal structure of the rubber coating roller is a steel structure, and the outer surface is covered with wear-resistant rubber. The diameter is 240-340mm. Roller, the diameter is smaller than the glue roller. The linear speed of the extrusion roller is 15%-20% lower than that of the rubber coating roller. It rotates in contact with the upper and lower rubber coating rollers, and plays the role of scraping glue. The distance between it and the rubber coating roller is adjustable to control the amount of glue applied. . All roller axes are installed in parallel, and the axes of the two glue rollers are driven synchronously by the sprocket on the same vertical plane. A cleaning tank is installed under the rubber roller to remove sewage for washing the rubber roller. Because the four-roller gluing machine adds glue rollers up and down to supply glue at the same time, it ensures that the veneer glue is spread evenly.

Due to wear and tear, the glue coating roller needs to be removed and sent to the manufacturer to re-glue the outer rubber layer. Now there are new glue coating machines that can grind the rubber layer of the rubber roller without disassembly. The coating roller can be flattened. The glue applicator system includes glue applicator, transmission system, pallet feeding table and hydraulic lift table. The feeding table is located behind the gluing machine, and its function is to feed the glued veneer. It can run synchronously with the gluing machine, or it can run asynchronously or stop with the gluing machine.
