The energy-saving servo motor driven plywood hot press is a new type of high-efficiency hydraulic hot pressing equipment that integrates a servo motor with a fixed or variable displacement pump. It is specifically designed for hot pressing plywood, ecological boards, construction formwork, and similar panels. Compared to traditional hot presses driven by standard three-phase induction motors, this machine dynamically adjusts motor speed and torque according to actual load demand, achieving significant energy savings, lower oil temperature, higher pressing precision, and improved production efficiency.

Traditional hot presses keep the motor running at rated speed with no load or light load during pressure holding, decompression, and idle periods, wasting substantial electrical energy. This product uses a servo control system that collects real-time pressure and flow signals from the hydraulic system:

Fast Closing / Pressurizing Stage: The servo motor runs at high speed, providing high flow and high pressure.  

Pressure Holding Stage: Motor speed is reduced to very low or stopped, only compensating for system leakage — almost zero energy consumption.  

Decompression / Return Stage: The motor outputs small flow as needed, avoiding energy waste.  

Idle Stage: The motor stops completely, with zero energy consumption.

Additionally, the servo system features millisecond-level response speed and high-precision pressure and flow control, ensuring that each board layer cures under stable pressure for uniform thickness.
