This product uses a servo control system that collects real-time pressure and flow signals from the hydraulic system:
Fast Closing / Pressurizing Stage: The servo motor runs at high speed, providing high flow and high pressure.
Pressure Holding Stage: Motor speed is reduced to very low or stopped, only compensating for system leakage — almost zero energy consumption.
Decompression / Return Stage: The motor outputs small flow as needed, avoiding energy waste.
Idle Stage: The motor stops completely, with zero energy consumption.
Additionally, the servo system features millisecond-level response speed and high-precision pressure and flow control, ensuring that each board layer cures under stable pressure for uniform thickness.
