1. Raw material preparation
- Wood selection: softwood or hardwood is usually used, such as pine, fir, eucalyptus, etc.
- Chipping: Chip the wood into small pieces for subsequent processing.
2. Fiber preparation
- Cooking: Wood chips are cooked and softened under high temperature and pressure.
- Fiber separation: Wood chips are separated into fibers by mechanical pulping.
3. Drying
- Drying: The wet fiber is passed through a drying device to remove moisture to reach a humidity suitable for hot pressing.
4. Gluing
- Gluing: The dried fiber is mixed with resin glue, usually urea-formaldehyde resin or phenolic resin.
5. Forming
- Laying: The glued fiber is evenly laid on the molding belt to form a fiber mat.
- Pre-pressing: The fiber mat is initially compressed to reduce thickness and increase density.
6. Hot pressing
- Hot pressing: The fiber mat is pressed into a board under high temperature and high pressure, the resin is cured, and the fibers are tightly combined.
7. Cooling and trimming
- Cooling: The plate is cooled after hot pressing to stabilize the size.
- Trimming: The edge of the plate is trimmed according to the specifications.
8. Sanding
- Sanding: Sand the surface to ensure smoothness.
9. Quality inspection
- Inspection: Check the density, thickness, strength and other indicators to ensure compliance with the standards.
10. Packaging and storage
- Packaging: Pack qualified products to prevent damage.
- Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and deformation.
11. Environmental protection treatment
- Waste gas treatment: Treat waste gas in production to reduce pollution.
- Wastewater treatment: Treat wastewater to ensure that emissions meet standards.
12. Finished product delivery
- Delivery: After passing the inspection, the finished product is shipped out of the factory for sale.
