What is Core veneer composing?
The core composer machine is one of the main equipment for the production of blockboard (large core boards), plywood panel. Through extrusion, heating and other processes to make a full size solid core plywood board equipment, the core composing machine is mainly composed of hydraulic system, pneumatic system and so on.
The core veneer composing line consists of five parts: the board machine host, the high-frequency generator, the hydraulic station, the feeder and the automatic stacker, and the control system. The core composer is controlled by PLC and has the characteristics of high degree of automation, simple and convenient operation, low labor intensity, short splicing cycle, and labor saving. The splicing size of the panel machine is usually 1250*2500mm, and the thickness can be less than 60mm or less than 150mm depending on the model. When the user has special requirements, a customized configuration design can be made in advance. The equipment adopts high-frequency heating, which can quickly cure the glue in a very short time. The whole working process takes about 3-5 minutes.
Why using core veneer composing line?
For many clients, they produce core size small, like 1300*600mm, 1300*800mm, or more smaller, and they want to produce plywood board like 1250*2500mm, 1700*2200mm or bigger. Thus the core composing line will be very helpful, through this composer, jointing two or three pieces veneer sheets into one piece plywood size. With this production step, it will greatly improve plywood balance and quality.
What is the advantages of our Core veneer composing line?
<1> hot melt glue spots create strong, tight joints, and glue threads on both upper and lower side of the joint create an even stronger veneer mat by preventing composed edge random folding effect.
<2> Decide what needs to be clipped in your production - leave minimal defects unclipped to keep more good quality veneer in the wood, reducing the amount of waste and maximizing the overall recovery of core veneer. Accurate scanning and clipping ensure a maximum amount of good quality wood remains after defect removal. Smallest random to be recovered is even 50 mm.
<3> High degree of automation, the whole composing line, only need one worker is enough, the core composer will automatically cutting veneer edges, jointing, and stacking, high efficiency.
