Detailed Structural Composition
(1) Main Frame (Frame-Type Structure)
Integrally welded using high-strength Q345 high-quality steel plates, with cross-section dimensions optimized through finite element analysis to ensure minimal frame deformation under 500-ton full-load conditions.
The upper and lower beams and columns form a closed frame structure with reasonable force distribution and strong resistance to eccentric loads.
After welding, the entire frame undergoes stress-relief annealing in a large gas furnace to completely eliminate internal welding stresses, ensuring long-term dimensional stability.
All critical mating surfaces are precision-machined in a single setup on a large CNC gantry milling machine, ensuring parallelism, perpendicularity, and positional accuracy.
(2) Fixed Worktable (Lower Platen)
Large thickness and high rigidity, with the working surface precision-ground to achieve flatness of ≤0.03mm/m.
The working surface offers high hardness and excellent wear resistance, remaining scratch-free under long-term use.
(3) Moving Beam (Upper Platen)
Manufactured from high-strength steel plates like the fixed worktable, with precision-machined working surfaces.
Equipped with high-precision guide devices at all four corners to ensure horizontal accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy during lifting and lowering.
Connected to cylinder piston rods via spherical hinges or rigid connections to ensure uniform pressure transmission.
(4) Main Cylinder System
Equipped with 2 large-diameter plunger or piston type main cylinders (Φ320mm or Φ360mm), with a total output force of 500 tons.
Cylinder bodies are made of high-quality seamless steel tubes with honed internal surfaces achieving a surface finish of Ra≤0.4μm, providing wear and pressure resistance.
Piston rods are hard chrome-plated for high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and low friction.
Seals are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure long-term leak-free operation.
(5) Hydraulic Power Unit System
Uses a large-displacement axial piston pump or vane pump coupled with a high-power motor (18.5kW/22kW) to deliver ample and stable hydraulic power.
Integrated hydraulic valve groups, providing precise control and fast response.
Equipped with a large-capacity oil tank for effective heat dissipation and stable oil temperature.
Fitted with return oil filters and air breathers to maintain system oil cleanliness.
Optional oil cooler (air-cooled or water-cooled) available for high-temperature environments or continuous heavy-load operations.
(6) Electrical Control System
Uses a well-known brand PLC as the core controller for fully automatic sequence control.
Equipped with high-precision pressure sensors and displacement sensors for real-time monitoring of pressing force and platen position.
The operation panel features push buttons or a touchscreen for setting process parameters such as pressure, holding time, and lifting speed.
