Heavy-duty integral or sectional steel structure designed to withstand 500 tons of pressure, ensuring rigidity and platen parallelism.

2. Hot Platens

Multiple large-format steel plates with internal channels (for thermal oil or electric heating elements) that transfer heat and pressure to the wood panels.

3. Hydraulic System

Includes hydraulic pump, cylinders, and control valve group, providing stable and adjustable pressure up to 500 tons.

4. Heating System

Typically a thermal oil heater with circulation pipes, or electric heating units, enabling rapid temperature rise and uniform platen heating.

5. Temperature Control System

Multi-point temperature sensors combined with PID controllers, achieving precise temperature control within ±2℃.

6. Control System (PLC)

Industrial programmable logic controller with a touchscreen interface, used to set and automatically execute process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and pressing time.

7. Inter-platen Spacing Control Mechanism

Ensures all platens move in parallel and synchronously during opening and closing, preventing panel misalignment.

8. Thermal Insulation Layer

Installed around the hot platens and on the outer frame to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency.
