3ton Lift Table for Hot Press
1. Structure:
The hydraulic lifting table is composed of a table mechanism, an underframe, an arm, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system. The table top is made of channel steel, which has light weight and large bearing capacity. The table is equipped with a single-acting oil cylinder.
2. Hydraulic schematic diagram: (attached)
⑴When the platform rises: the motor ③ starts, the oil pump ④ works, the hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder ⑦ through the oil filter ② and the one-way valve ⑤, and the platform rises. When the motor is powered off, the pump stops working, the one-way valve ⑤ and the solenoid valve ⑧ keep the pressure, and the platform stops at the rising height.
⑵When the platform descends: press the power switch of the reversing valve ⑧, and the descending speed can be realized by adjusting the manual throttle valve ⑩. The speed of the right rotation gradually slows down, and the speed of the left rotation gradually increases. When the power fails, the emergency bolt ⑥ will be opened to automatically descend.
⑶. System pressure adjustment: The system pressure has been set at the factory, and the overflow valve ⑨ can adjust the system pressure.
