Working Principle
The hot press uses an enclosed hydraulic station to supply high-pressure hydraulic oil, driving the main cylinder to move the hot platens up and down. Thermal medium (thermal oil or steam) enters the multi-layer hot platens through the heating system, rapidly curing the adhesive under high temperature and pressure to complete the forming process. The machine is equipped with a synchronized lifting system and pressure control, ensuring uniform force and consistent thickness for each layer.
