Working Principle
The hot press uses a high-power hydraulic station to drive the main cylinders, generating up to 1000 tons of pressure and synchronously closing the 20 hot platens. The heating system circulates thermal oil (or steam) into each platen, rapidly curing phenolic or melamine adhesives in the boards under high temperature and pressure. A synchronized lifting system and pressure compensation ensure uniform force on each layer, resulting in precise thickness and a smooth surface.
