1. The steel used in the press is more evenly stressed after aging treatment, and the service life of the frame is 1.5-2 times that of ordinary machines.
2. Heightened frame, weekly press center distance, solves squatting phenomenon, CNC cutting, increases strength and fatigue wear resistance
3. The polymer internal temperature insulation board replaces the epoxy resin board, the pressure resistance and heat resistance index are significantly improved, and the service life of the cylinder sealing ring is extended.
4. Using a new air-cooled hydraulic pump station, the oil temperature is reduced by 10°C, the machine is more stable, and the high-pressure energy storage device improves the maximum total inflation time and improves the quality of the finished board.
5. Improve the synchronization mechanism and use a four-bar linkage mechanism instead of the gear synchronization mechanism. The synchronization effect is more stable, the flatness of the plate output is guaranteed, and the plate quality is high.
