Working principle & process flow
The equipment adopts an advanced sectional continuous drying process. Wet eucalyptus veneer first enters the machine, where rapid dewatering occurs under strong convective hot air. Its core process may utilize an efficient two-stage drying method: initially reducing the veneer moisture content to 20-30%, followed by a secondary drying stage that precisely adjusts it to the ideal final moisture content (e.g., 8-12%). The entire process is continuous and efficient. The high-temperature exhaust gas generated during drying can be recovered to preheat incoming wet veneer, significantly reducing the overall system energy consumption.

High-Efficiency Hot Air Circulation System: Utilizes high-power centrifugal fans and optimized air duct design to ensure hot air uniformly penetrates the veneer stack at high speed and volume, enabling rapid heat and mass transfer.
Specialized Loading & Conveying System: To accommodate eucalyptus veneer characteristics, a combined conveying method such as "clamp-type vertical" and "press roll-type horizontal" drying may be used, providing support and restraint throughout the drying process to effectively prevent deformation and warping.
Intelligent Control System: The core consists of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a Touch Screen HMI. It allows for pre-setting and storing drying curves for different thicknesses and initial moisture contents, enabling real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of temperature, humidity, and conveying speed in each drying zone for unattended, precise production.
Flexible Heating Options: Can be configured with various heat sources based on client's plant conditions, including steam, thermal oil, or direct-fired gas/biomass hot air furnaces. Biomass furnaces can utilize wood processing waste for lower operating costs.
Wide-Width & Automated Design: The equipment can be customized to extra-wide working dimensions (e.g., 6.2 meters) to meet the requirement for one-pass drying of large-format veneer. It integrates automatic feeding, intelligent monitoring, and stacking functions, drastically reducing labor dependency and improving overall line efficiency.
