This production line is specifically designed for large-scale manufacturing of high-quality construction formwork (concrete pouring molds). It integrates an energy-saving hot pressing system, automatic layup, and glue spreading equipment, achieving a daily output of 500 to 1,000 standard-size (4×8 feet) formwork panels with low energy consumption. The line is suitable for various fast-growing wood species including poplar, eucalyptus, and pine, with product thickness ranging from 9mm to 30mm to meet different construction project requirements for formwork strength and reuse cycles.

Construction formwork is a core consumable material in concrete pouring construction, widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, high-speed railways, dams, and urban commercial complexes. The formwork produced by this line features high strength, high flatness, water and wear resistance, and can be reused for multiple cycles (film-faced panels can achieve 20+ reuses).

The production line covers the complete process from veneer treatment to finished product packaging: Raw Veneer → Drying → Glue Spreading → Layup & Assembly → Cold Pre-Pressing → Hot Press Forming → Edge Trimming → Sanding → Inspection & Grading → Packaging & Warehousing.

Energy-Saving Hot Press: Utilizes thermal oil circulation heating and heat recovery systems, reducing energy consumption per unit product by 20%-35% compared to traditional equipment. Multi-opening design (e.g., 26 openings) allows simultaneous pressing of multiple mats, significantly increasing production capacity.
