China Advanced MDF /HDF Production Line
Density board production line is a complete combination of equipment for manufacturing density board (fiberboard), covering all aspects from raw material processing to finished product packaging. The following are the main components of the density board production line and their functions:
 | 1. Raw material processing section |
- Chipper: Cut wood or other plant materials into small pieces for subsequent processing.
- Washer: Remove impurities such as soil, stones, etc. from wood chips.
- Screening machine: Screen out wood chips of uniform size to ensure the quality of subsequent processing.
| 2. Fiber preparation section |
- Hot mill: Heat and grind wood chips into fibers, and add resin adhesive at the same time.
- Dryer: Remove moisture from fibers to achieve appropriate humidity.
| 3. Forming section |
- Paving machine: Evenly spread dry fibers into slabs.
- Pre-press: Perform preliminary compression on the slab, expel air, and make it initially formed.
| 4. Hot pressing section |
- Hot press: Press the slab into density board under high temperature and pressure to achieve the required density and thickness.
- Cooling machine: Cool the hot-pressed board to stabilize its shape and performance.
| 5. Post-processing section |
- Sanding machine: Sand the board surface to make it smooth and flat.
- Edge trimmer: Cut the board edge according to specifications to meet the size requirements.
- Sorting machine: Sort the boards according to quality to ensure consistent product quality.
| 6. Packaging section |
- Stacking machine: Stack the finished boards neatly.
- Packaging machine: Pack the stacked boards for easy transportation and storage.
| 7. Auxiliary system |
- Dust removal system: Collect dust generated during the production process to keep the workshop clean.
- Thermal energy system: Provide the heat energy required in the production process, such as steam, hot oil, etc.
- Control system: Automated control system to monitor and adjust various parameters in the production process.
