Plywood heat press is a common wood processing equipment, it is mainly used to bond wood or wood products together with glue to form plywood. In the hot pressing process, the loss of heat energy is inevitable, and this loss is called heat loss.
Heat loss refers to the phenomenon that part of the heat energy is converted into other forms of energy and lost due to the transfer and conversion of heat energy during the heat pressing process. This loss mainly comes from the following aspects:
Heat radiation and heat convection will be generated during the transfer of heat energy, and the energy will be lost to the surrounding environment, resulting in energy loss.
The heating system and pressure system of the heat press will also produce a certain amount of energy loss. For example, the resistance wire and heating tube in the heating system will produce a certain resistance loss and heat loss, and the hydraulic oil pump and pneumatic cylinder in the pressure system will also produce a certain energy loss.
The design and manufacturing quality of the heat press will also affect the amount of heat loss. If the design of the heat press is unreasonable or the manufacturing quality is not good enough, it will lead to waste and loss of energy.
