What machine/equipment required for producing plywood? now let me introduce for you, below are the production steps one by one:
Veneer production line, which include log debarker, log peeling machine, vacuum veneer stacker/automatic sorting machine. this line for produce wood veneer, it is the material for producing plywood and furniture.
Veneer dryer machine. it has three types, veneer press dryer, roll dryer, and Wire/mesh dryer. they are necessary for producing plywood board. because the original veneer after peeled, its humidity are very big, not suitable for making plywood. therefore the dryer will dring wood veneer, and make its humidity suitable, in the end, the veneer humidity will be ±10%.
Glue Machine. from its name we can know that, this gluing machine function is coating glue on the surface of wood veneer, thus worker can lay them out, become plywood size. glue machine is very simple and operate very easy.
Cold press machine for Pressing Plywood. Plywood Cold press structure very simple, and usually its pressure no need high, its function for pre-press plywood board.
Hot press machine, it is very important for making plywood board. if your plywood board size is standard and thickness is 18mm or less, then 500ton pressure hot press is enough and working good. if your thickness is more thick like more than 20mm, then the pressure can be 600ton or more. and hot press's floors can be different too, usually the 15 floors are popular.
Plywood saw machine. for some clients, this is the last step for making plywood, its function is trimming four edges of plywood, thus each plywood size will become same and tidiness.
Sanding machine/Calibrating machine. if you have high requires about Plywood panel quality, then sanding machine is necessary too. its function for calibrating plywood thickness, make it accurate and balance.
