This hot press is designed around the core concept of "fast close, fast press, fast decompress, fast open":

1. Fast Closing: A high-flow hydraulic system combined with auxiliary fill valves allows the hot platens to close within seconds.  

2. Pressurizing & Pressure Holding: The main cylinders apply set pressure, rapidly curing the adhesive in 1.5-6mm thin boards under high temperature.  

3. Fast Decompression & Opening: Quick exhaust valves rapidly release pressure while the hydraulic system lifts the platens quickly, reducing overheating of thin boards.  

4. Precise Thickness Control: High-precision mechanical or servo thickness stops ensure board thickness within ±0.1mm.

The heating system continuously provides uniform heat to each platen. Combined with a short pressure-holding period, this achieves highly efficient curing of thin boards.

1. Can this hot press produce boards thinner than 1.5mm?  

A: 1.5mm is the optimal economic thickness. For thinner boards (e.g., 0.8-1.2mm), we can customize thickness stops and finer temperature control.

2. Thin boards tend to warp during hot pressing. How do you prevent this?  

A: Our design uses fast closing, fast opening, uniform heating, high-flatness platens, and a synchronized system to minimize temperature differences and internal stress, effectively preventing warping.

3. Can the machine produce different thickness boards in the same batch?  

A: It is recommended to run the same thickness per batch. When changing thickness, simply switch the recipe on the PLC — no mechanical adjustment needed.

4. What types of thin boards is this machine suitable for?  

A: Suitable for poplar, eucalyptus, birch thin plywood, as well as decorative panels, aircraft panel base layers, and backing boards.
