The moisture content of the veneer after drying should be strictly controlled. According to the customer's requirements for the moisture content of the veneer, adjust the speed and temperature by yourself. For veneer below 1MM, the temperature in the dryer should be lower. When the veneer is thicker, the temperature in the dryer can be increased. The moisture content of the normal veneer is 8-10%. If the moisture content of the veneer after drying is below 5%, the surface flatness of the veneer is not good, which is a normal phenomenon and has nothing to do with the equipment itself.
maintenance:
1. For the high-speed fan of the veneer dryer, the fan bearing should be injected with lubricating oil once a month, and filled with high-temperature resistant yellow glycerin.
2. The transmission chain should be dripped with high temperature resistant engine oil every 3-4 days
3. The upper and lower drive rollers should be cleared of dust once a month to avoid excessive dust accumulation, causing traffic jams and deviations
4. The main drive reducer should check the engine oil every three months. If the engine oil is found to be deteriorated or lacking, it should be replaced or replenished in time
Common faults and troubleshooting:
1. When starting the fan, if the fan makes abnormal noise, it should be stopped and checked in time. Generally, the bearing is damaged, and the bearing can be replaced.
2. The heating speed of the machine is slow, you should check whether the tide valve is closed
3. Water dripping from the moisture discharge tube is mostly caused by the temperature of the dryer not meeting the drying requirements
4. The traffic jam of the veneer dryer, the deviation is mostly caused by improper operation, or too much dust in the machine, which affects the normal operation of the transmission roller, and may also be caused by the settlement of the foundation
