Veneer Stacker
This machine is specifically designed for production lines of plywood, blockboard, ecological boards, construction formwork, and other panel products, undertaking the critical process of automatic veneer collection and stacking. The entire machine features a robust structure and reliable operation, suitable for continuous, high-volume production environments.


Machine Structure and Components
The veneer stacker mainly consists of the following systems:

Working Process
Upstream veneers enter the stacker via the conveyor belt. When the photoelectric sensor detects that a veneer has reached the preset position, the control system issues a command, and the veneer smoothly drops onto the lifting stacking platform below. The centering device then actuates to push the veneer into proper alignment. After each layer is stacked, the lifting platform automatically descends by the thickness of one veneer, maintaining a consistent stacking surface height. Once the stack reaches the preset layer count or height, the system signals for the entire stack to be removed by forklift or conveying device.

3. Warranty Service
The complete machine comes with a 12-month warranty, with key components (servo motors, PLC controllers, sensors) covered for 18 months. During the warranty period, any failures caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired or parts replaced free of charge.
4. Remote Technical Support
We provide 7×24-hour telephone, email, and video remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues to minimize downtime.
5. On-Site Repair Service
For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we commit to dispatching a service engineer to the site within 48 hours (subject to visa and flight availability).
6. Spare Parts Supply
We offer long-term supply of genuine spare parts to ensure hassle-free maintenance throughout the equipment's lifecycle. Spare parts can be ordered together with the machine or purchased separately.
7. Regular Follow-Up & Equipment Health Check
