For making the filmed faced plywood board, except the necessary production step, like Produce its materials veneer sheets by veneer peeling machine; Drying its moisture by veneer dryer; Coating glue on veneer surface by glue spreader; Pre-press glued veneer plywood by Cold press machine; Press core plywood by hot press machine, edge trimming panel edge by plywood edge trimming machine; Sanding plywood thickness and surface by Plywood sander.
After these necessary production steps, then laminating film on both sides of plywood by the film lamination hot press machine. How to do? Usually for film hot press machine, it is commonly work together with its semi-auto infeeder. Becasue with this semi auto infeeder, you can laminating film on both sides of plywood at the same time, improve work efficiency. The specific operation way like this: first put film and plywood on the platform of semi-auto infeeder, press the button, the platform will convey film plywood into Semi-auto infeeder frame, until each layer has plywood, then the semi auto infeeder will convey all plywood into hot press machine together. For the hot press machine, for make sure the thin film not stick on the hot plates, so each hot plate need the stainless steel plate and crash pad.
For film lamination machine, consider its working way, usually at most 10layers, also can choose 8layers, 6layers. And its pressure is 800ton will be better and works good through practice. Thus whatever you want to laminating film, face veneer or melamine, all are suitable.
