The Fully Automatic Intelligent Control Plywood Drying Machine is a revolutionary piece of equipment in the modern wood processing industry, representing the pinnacle of intelligence, precision, and efficiency in the field of plywood drying. Integrating advanced sensor technology, industrial computer (PLC) control technology, precise temperature and humidity control algorithms, and an efficient hot air circulation system, it completely overturned traditional drying kilns' reliance on experienced operators. It automatically and accurately completes the entire drying process, ensuring each batch of plywood achieves optimal drying quality while significantly reducing energy consumption and labor costs. It is the core equipment for plywood manufacturers aiming to upgrade their industry, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

 Core working principle

This dryer operates on the principle of forced convection hot air drying, with its core being "intelligent control". The workflow is as follows:

1.  Parameter Setting: The operator simply selects a pre-set process curve from the system's library or creates a new one via the touch screen interface, based on the wood species, thickness, initial moisture content, and target moisture content of the plywood.

2.  Automatic Operation: Upon startup, the equipment runs fully automatically. High-precision temperature and humidity sensors continuously monitor the environment inside the kiln and transmit data in real-time to the PLC controller.

3.  Intelligent Decision-Making: The PLC controller compares the real-time data with the pre-set ideal process curve and performs high-speed, precise calculations using an advanced PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control algorithm.

4.  Precise Execution: Based on the calculation results, the PLC automatically issues commands to precisely control:

      The output power of the heating system (e.g., adjusting gas valve opening, steam proportional valve, or electric heater power).

      The motor frequency of the dehumidification system (controlling the opening of dampers and the speed of exhaust fans) to expel moist air in a timely manner.

      The speed of the circulation fans to ensure hot air passes through the stack evenly and at high velocity.

5.  Closed-Loop Feedback: The entire process of monitoring → calculating → executing → re-monitoring forms a perfect closed-loop automatic control system, ensuring the drying environment all along infinitely approaches the ideal curve until the drying program ends and shuts down automatically.

 System composition and structure

1.  Main Structure:

      Kiln Body: Constructed with high-quality aluminum alloy or stainless steel frame, paired with polyurethane/rock wool double-layer insulated panels, offering excellent sealing and minimal heat loss.

      Kiln Door: Heavy-duty insulated sealing door ensures the airtightness of the chamber.

2.  Intelligent Control System (The Brain):

      PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): The core computing unit, known for high reliability and strong anti-interference capability.

      Touch Screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface): Provides a Chinese graphical interface for operation, displaying real-time curves, historical data, fault alarms, etc.

      Temperature & Humidity Sensors: Critical monitoring components with high measurement accuracy and resistance to high temperature and humidity.

      Data Logging & Remote Monitoring (Optional): Supports data export via USB drive and can be expanded with IoT modules for remote monitoring via mobile APP/computer.

3.  Hot Air Circulation System:

      Heater: Configurable based on client conditions (hot water/steam heat exchanger, electric heating, gas/biomass hot air stove).

      High-Temperature High-Humidity Fans: Designed for high air volume and pressure, ensuring uniform airflow throughout the kiln without dead angles, breaking the saturated steam layer on the board surface for improved efficiency.

      Ducts & Nozzles: Scientifically designed air ducts and distribution systems ensure uniform wind speed everywhere.

4.  Dehumidification System:

      Consists of dampers, exhaust fans, and frequency converters. It automatically opens and adjusts the opening degree based on PLC commands to precisely control the kiln's humidity.

5.  Loading System:

      Usually equipped with sturdy aluminum drying trucks and carts for easy loading, unloading, and transportation.
