Big Move After the Holiday: Customer inspects goods in person - Our Plywood Machines Are Ready to Ship!

Dragon Boat Festival is just around the corner, and the smell of zongzi is in the air - but inside our workshop, there's no slowing down. We just had a very special visitor: our overseas customer flew all the way to our factory to personally inspect his complete set of plywood processing equipment. After months of intense preparation, we not only finished production ahead of schedule, but also ran the entire line right in front of him - smoothly, steadily, and impressively. He left with a big smile and full confidence. Right now, these machines are being carefully disassembled and packed, while our export team is busy coordinating with freight forwarders, booking containers, and securing vessel space. We're all set - right after the Dragon Boat Festival, they're shipping out!
To be honest, this order was a real journey. Since the beginning of the year, our technical team has been in constant communication with the customer on every process detail. Our production floor worked overtime to ensure every part met tight tolerances. When the customer arrived for factory acceptance, we knew he'd come with a "magnifying glass" - but we had nothing to hide.
During the on-site inspection, we ran the entire line from start to finish, and the results were outstanding. Here's what's in this shipment:
Plywood cold press :used for pre-pressing after glue application and lay-up, to bond the veneers initially and squeeze out excess air, laying a solid foundation for hot pressing. It delivers even pressure and stable holding time - a true anchor of the plywood line;
Plywood hot press : the heavyweight champion of the whole line! With high temperature and high pressure, it fully cures the glue layers and bonds multiple veneers into a strong, rigid plywood panel. Precise temperature control and adjustable pressure ensure flat surfaces and excellent bonding strength. The customer gave a thumbs-up when he saw the finished samples;
Semi-automatic paper laminating machine : designed for surface finishing of plywood with decorative paper. It's easy to operate, accurate in positioning, and produces bubble-free, smooth surfaces. It's several times more efficient than manual laminating and a great way to boost product appearance and added value;
Log rounding machine : mainly used ahead of the veneer peeling process. It trims irregular logs into perfectly cylindrical shapes, ensuring smoother peeling, more uniform veneer output, less waste, and better raw material utilization. The customer specifically asked for this one.
After the trial run, the customer took out his calipers and level gauge to spot-check critical dimensions and installation accuracy on several units - and every single one passed. He smiled and said, "With this quality, I have no worries." Hearing that made every late night and drop of sweat totally worth it.
Right now, our skilled workers are carefully disassembling, wrapping, stretch-film coating, and steel-strapping each machine. Every bolt and every hose is clearly labeled so that reassembly at the customer's site will be quick and error-free. Meanwhile, our export team is working non-stop, double-checking container numbers and vessel schedules, making sure the holiday won't delay a thing.
Here's the honest truth: from contract signing to production, from inspection to delivery, we care even more than our customers do. Because we know that when these machines cross the ocean, they represent not just our technology, but the quality of "Made in China."
After the holiday, these machines will begin their journey. And we'll stay fully involved - providing installation guidance until they're up and running smoothly in their new home.
