Full Speed After The Dragon Boat Festival! Turkish Customer's Plywood Equipment Has Set Sai

The aroma of zongzi hasn't even faded, and we're already running at full throttle!

Remember that Turkish customer who flew to our factory right before the holiday, inspected every machine with his calipers, and gave us a big thumbs-up? Well, right after the holiday, we hit the ground running. The plywood cold press, hot press, semi-automatic laminating machine, and log rounding machine that he personally approved - after careful disassembly, wrapping, stretch-film coating, and steel-strapping before the holiday - were loaded into 4 containers on the very first day back. They've now departed from Qingdao Port and are sailing steadily toward Turkey!

Honestly, watching those four big containers roll out of our factory gate gave the whole team a huge sense of relief. From order placement at the start of the year, to intense production, repeated testing, the customer's on-site inspection, and finally packing and shipping - it's been a relay race, and we passed every baton with precision.

Just a quick recap of what's already on the water:

Plywood cold press : pre-presses the glued veneer stack to expel air and create initial bonding, ensuring a solid foundation for hot pressing with even, stable pressure;  


Plywood hot press : the heart of the line, using high temperature and pressure to fully cure the glue and bond multiple veneers into high-strength plywood panels with flat surfaces and excellent adhesion - the customer was genuinely impressed on site;  


Semi-automatic paper laminating machine : applies decorative paper to plywood surfaces with easy operation, precise positioning, high efficiency, and bubble-free results;  


Debarker : quickly and efficiently removes bark while minimizing damage to the wood surface, ensuring better veneer quality down the line;


But shipping is not the end - it's just the beginning of the next phase. Because this Turkish customer ordered a complete plywood production line. What we've sent so far are the front-end core machines. The remaining "team members" - including the sander, edge saw, and stacker - are currently in full production right here in our workshop.


Sander : performs fine surface sanding on hot-pressed plywood, removing burrs and leveling the panels to achieve a smooth feel and uniform thickness. It's the key machine that determines the final appearance and quality of the finished product;  


Edge saw: trims the four edges of oversized raw pressed panels and cuts them to standard specification sizes, delivering neat, precise edges;  


Stacker : an automatic stacking expert at the end of the line, neatly piling finished panels one by one, saving labor, improving efficiency, and keeping the whole production line running continuously.


We've already set a tight production schedule for these remaining machines. Our workshop team is working extra hours to make sure the holiday doesn't affect our timeline. We're fully confident that we'll complete production, testing, and packaging within the promised delivery window - with quality and quantity guaranteed - so the second batch can join the first one at the customer's site as soon as possible.


Here's the honest truth: supplying a complete production line is never just about building one machine well. It's about coordinating the entire system - from the first unit to the last, from shipping to installation guidance. We don't drop the ball at any stage.
