The first day of the 2026 Shanghai International Woodworking Machinery Fair – if this morning's keyword was "surprise," then this afternoon's keywords are definitely "explosive" and "confidence"!
No sooner had the exhibition kicked off than our booth (Booth No.:7.1D55) experienced its most exhilarating highlight of the day – the arrival of our long-standing heavyweight client from Brazil! This old friend, whom we've known for years, not only showed great interest in our new products but, after in-depth discussions, gave off strong signals of continued collaboration right on the spot. This vote of confidence from the Southern Hemisphere has injected tremendous momentum into our first day and once again proves the strong competitiveness of China-made wood-based panel machinery in the South American market!
But the surprises didn't stop there.
If the morning was a "reunion with old friends," then the afternoon at our booth was nothing short of a "global procurement carnival." As foot traffic peaked, our booth was packed to the brim with buyers from all over the world. The level of interest in our wood-based panel production line equipment was nothing short of fervent – the buzz of inquiries and negotiations filled the air!
On-site, we clearly felt the diversity and specialization of market demand:
The fully automatic plywood production line became the undisputed "traffic magnet." From layup to cold pressing and hot pressing, visitors scrutinized every single detail. They were full of praise for the efficiency gains and labor cost savings brought by full-line automation, repeatedly saying that this is exactly the "game-changer" they urgently need for their own upgrading and transformation.
Regarding the MDF (medium-density fiberboard) production line, clients showed greater interest in energy consumption ratios and finished product quality across fiber preparation, drying, and hot-pressing processes. Our technical staff patiently answered one professional and in-depth question after another.
Beyond complete line solutions, our star standalone machines won over countless fans:
Multi-opening hot press: Clients lingered for a long time, deeply impressed by its stable hydraulic system and precise temperature control – after all, this is the core link that determines board surface quality and physical properties.
The demonstration animation of the fully automatic roller saw edge trimmer drew large crowds. Visitors were amazed by its high-speed, precision cutting efficiency and the virtually burr-free finish it delivers.
The veneer dryer attracted a large number of clients from Southeast Asia and South America, who have an urgent need to efficiently and uniformly process high-moisture-content veneers – and our equipment hits that pain point exactly.
From afternoon opening to closing time, our meeting tables were never empty, and business cards piled up one stack after another.
There are still several days left in the exhibition, but this strong start on Day 1 has given us tremendous encouragement. We deeply understand that the non-stop flow of visitors reflects the industry's expectations of us, and their intense interest is the very motivation that drives us to keep improving.
