A New Chapter in Smart Manufacturing: Our 18-Month Journey To A Brand-New Facility

What started as a blueprint has now become a reality—a modern manufacturing base spanning over 10,000 square meters. This milestone represents not just a relocation, but a comprehensive upgrade of our entire production system.

The journey began with on-site topographic surveys and geological assessments, ensuring a solid foundation for every subsequent step. We then engaged proactively with local government authorities, successfully securing all necessary permits—including land use, planning, environmental impact, and safety approvals. From earthwork and deep foundation construction to steel structure erection, roofing, and the installation of power, water, and lighting systems, each phase was executed with strict adherence to engineering excellence.

Throughout the build, we placed particular emphasis on regulatory compliance. Fire safety, environmental protection, and structural quality inspections were conducted rigorously, with our team cooperating fully with multiple on-site reviews and adjustments. By the end of last year, the facility passed all statutory inspections and was officially certified for operation.

The subsequent move was carefully orchestrated in stages—personnel deployment and machinery relocation proceeded in synchronized phases, ensuring seamless transitions without disrupting ongoing orders. The entire process was smooth and efficient, leaving ample time for the installation of new equipment.

Our new factory boasts over 10,000 square meters of well-organized, spacious interior. The workshop features abundant natural lighting, high-durability flooring, and clearly marked traffic lanes, creating a clean, bright, and safe working environment—a far cry from the cramped and cluttered workshops of the past. Strategically located near major urban highways and expressway ramps, the plant offers exceptional logistics convenience, significantly shortening both raw material intake and finished-goods delivery times.

On the equipment front, we have retained our proven wood-based panel machinery production lines while adding advanced manufacturing assets—including a large-format laser cutting machine and high-tonnage CNC press brakes. These additions have greatly enhanced our sheet-metal fabrication precision and efficiency, elevating our capacity for customized and non-standard components to a new level. This technological leap empowers us to deliver even more reliable and tailored solutions to our global clientele.

This new facility marks a fresh start for our company.
