Main Functions
This vacuum veneer stacker is the core equipment at the end of the peeling production line. Its primary functions are:
1. Automatic Receiving & Stacking: Automatically receives veneers from the peeling machine and neatly stacks them according to preset requirements.
2. Automatic Sorting & Rejection: Uses sensor systems to identify veneer grades (e.g., Grade 1, Grade 2), automatically sorting different grades or rejecting substandard pieces.
3. Labor Saving & Efficiency Boosting: Replaces heavy manual labor, matches high-speed peeling machines, and significantly improves end-of-line efficiency.

Working Principle
The machine is controlled by a PLC core, coordinating the vacuum system and mechanical actuators:
1. Intelligent Detection & Matching: Sensors detect veneer position and speed in real-time; the PLC automatically matches the peeling machine's output speed for synchronized operation.
2. Vacuum Adsorption & Transfer: The vacuum system generates negative pressure to smoothly lift veneers via suction cups or adsorption components, preventing scratches or damage.
3. Precise Positioning & Stacking: Servo or VFD drive systems control the stacking mechanism for precise horizontal and vertical positioning, placing veneers onto designated stacking tables by grade.
|
Main Components
1. Frame & Conveying System: High-strength steel frame with conveyor belts or rollers for receiving and transferring veneers.
2. Vacuum Adsorption System: Includes vacuum pumps, fans, suction cups, piping, and valves for generating negative pressure to adsorb veneers.
3. PLC Control System: Core control unit with touchscreen HMI for parameter setting, operation monitoring, and fault alarming.
4. Sorting & Detection System: Multiple sensors (photoelectric switches, etc.) positioned at various locations for detecting veneer size, grade, and triggering sorting actions.
5. Stacking Lifting Table: Hydraulically or electrically driven lifting table that automatically lowers as stack height increases for neat stacking.
6. Rejection & Waste Collection Device: For automatic separation and collection of substandard veneers or waste material.

Core Advantages
1. High Efficiency & Automation: Automatically matches peeling machine speed for continuous high-speed operation; stacking speed reaches 30-120 m/min, significantly boosting capacity.
2. Precise Sorting Function: Capable of multi-grade sorting (e.g., 3 grades) more accurately and efficiently than manual sorting.
3. Protects Veneer Quality: Gentle vacuum adsorption handling reduces damage to thin veneers compared to mechanical gripping or tapping.
4. Intelligent Control & Easy Operation: PLC with touchscreen provides intuitive interface, flexible parameter adjustment, and features like automatic counting and alarming.
5. Labor Cost Savings: Replaces multiple workers; one operator can manage several machines, offering significant long-term cost advantages.
