Veneer Drying Machine -Stainless Mesh Dryer for Drying Wood Veneer Humidity

Hello friends, Recently we designed one new Z type veneer drying machine -veneer mesh dryer, two floors, 15 sections heating area, and 3 sections cooling area, width 2800mm, which can satisfy 40m3 drying capacity per day, and with semi-auto infeeder. Very nice and high efficiency.

Veneer dryer's function for drying wood veneer humdity, and make the end mositure suitable for making wooden furniture and plywood. Usually different wood with different humidity, some 80%, some 60%, some with 40% humidity, they are not suitable for the next production step. This is why veneer drying line are required.

For Veneer mesh dryer, it can be different length, width and floors, to satisfy different drying capacity. 

For this our new type veneer drying line-mesh veneer dryer, if same sections and size with other suppliers, this type will be more high drying capacity. And save heating energy. 

For this type veneer drying machine, it avoids the traditional veneer dryer disadvantages. Its working way are: up and down stainless wire convey wood veneer walk, when wood veneer reach dryer exit, the dryer system wil overturn wood veneer. and wood veneer will continuous to be dried on the veneer dryer.

Thus even the veneer dryer length are limits, but the wood veneer can be drying longer distance to reach  the good effect.
